Nobody would doubt great importance of ultrasound examination in the obstetric practice. Possibility to reveal a lot of diseases and abnormalities in pregnancy development, harmlessness, simplicity of performing in various situations caused wide application of this method. Complex examination of pregnant women, which also includes dinamic echography, allows timely revealing fetal complications, to estimate the condition of mother-foetus system. It helps to distinguis multiple, heterotopic and other variants of pregnancy and, therefore, helps to choose the adequate obstetric tactics when revealing abnormalities. Till quite recently, the examination through the front abdominal wall, which needs the urinal bladder to be maximum full, was most widely applied. The bladder here is an original accustic "window", through which the examinated organs are seen. Now in many cases the transvaginal probe, which is introduced into vagina, is used. At the expence of close location to the examinated organs more qualitative images can be received and the necessity to fill the urinal bladder falls off SonoFly-3000 hard&software complex allows scanning with any of the afore mentioned ways.

The standards on the ground of which the software estimates pregnancy terms, are changeable. It is caused by the fact that according to some investigations the norms of fetus's development can vary depending on the region. If you have checked by experience regional standards, which do not coinside with factory settings, you should correct the special table:

It is enough to correct the values once for the program to use new values in future. Using a convenient calendar you can introduce the date of the first day of last menstruation. It will help to match the accounting standards eith objective data, to reveal the abnormalities in fetus's development.

Real conjugate is not measured because the urinal bladder is not filled. Hypertonus of womb 2-3 degree.

Conclusion: Pregnancy period is 30 weeks. Hazard of premature birth.
